"Have been a C._M._o.. Multiple Times at this point. You've been a brand evangelist. You have done stops at some iconic brands like American Express Charles Schwab Kaiser Permanente and now banner health trip way but I wanted to start with the little stint at ancestry because I think it's one of those companies that this was pre dot com boom and bust their what was that experience like Oh my gosh it was short but very very thrilling it was when the first dot com explosion happened and the venture firms were throwing money into that space and I signed on early on with a company that was founded by Mary Furlong it was actually called third age and we spent a lot of money in shot a lot of T._v.. And built a website and got lots of investment and then it turned out that the people that we were attracting the most where people who were in their forties and fifties and those not coincidentally are the people who are most interested in ancestry so our exit strategy was to sell ourselves to ancestry and that's what ended up happening within a year so it was a very frenetic very wild ride but I would have missed it for the world that was when south of market in San Francisco which just exploding and coffee shops had forty five minute waits just to get a single it was very fun.
