Poll: San Jose strong mayor ballot measure delayed


Jose's mayor has reversed Course reporter Betsy Gephardt says he's postponing a ballot measure that will give him more power. Earlier this month, Santa's a mayor Sam Accardo, proposed converting San Jose's council city manager set up toe a strong mayor form of government. The strong mayor option, which is typical and other big cities would go before San Jose voters on the November ballot. But since then, the plan has sparked outrage.
