Just, sounded like Jonah Junkies Jonah Junkies if he said a third time, we appear in your house like beetlejuice. Please do we'd like to get out. Let us out. Let us out how low welcome. Welcome tonight we have a very special episode for you. It's been a very special episode for just months at this point because we've had so many great author interviews. Yes. No I mean I'm proud of it, and I mean every one of our episodes a special every one of our authors talk to you a special. And it's just such a proud thing to get to talk to these folks and have that you know that to share with our audience and so then if you guys want to read their books or you just like hearing authors talk, we can provide that for you. It's a service that we can provide. So, on tonight's. Very very special episode. Now, I'm kind of saying that like it's like an after school special. Episode now. That's the drug episode Janisch everybody. Charlie. On tonight's episode we talk once again with our friend author Margaret Wisenberg who we have talked to you before but about two years ago yeah I can't believe that it has been that long since we talked to her could she. So we talked to her about her new novel, the insomniacs and I think this is going to be quite an interesting interesting topic to. Discuss for this book a little different than some stuff that we've read before but it is It is adjacent to our wheelhouse for sure. Yeah. We've been kind of branching out a little bit recently you know going a little bit outside of just just strictly horror scifi fantasy and kind of been going into a little bit more of as you may have seen thrillers straight young adult contemporary. We have some true crime coming up. Yeah, I mean like I said, there's there's an adjacent nece to it that I think is is is relevant but. A lot of it is just kind of finding these stories that we don't want to fly under people's radars to that we think the author or the story itself has something to say, if you can hear crunching in the background, the producer stitches is crawling into a bag as cats are want to do her favorite thing in the world. If you know, that's how she wants to produce this episode that's her process, and we're going to let her do that some fully work some fully work be at. I mean always horror fantasy Scifi is like her church. That's our. Father Subtle Spirit it. We always go that to that but sometimes you find little bird paths off there. So tonight's kind of like that tonight's book is kind of a way I was calling it a y a mystery psychological contemporary. I. Think that that is a very long but very apt category. Yeah and I mean you can break down however you want. But those ones really come to mind to me to to a place where I'm like I can't get rid of one of those descriptors like all of them. It's going to be a very long episode title in that case. Come up with some sort of an. anachronism a wop if you. Will. See. Look relevant. We are here at John Junkies. Yeah we know what that is. So. For our fun fact, I actually want to do a little plugging. Okay. Plug away. So we are I mean it's always spooky season in the trauma junkies household and this year Halloween is GonNa look a little different. But as we talked about some of my other shows on the colts show in Spooky Somber party, you know Halloween if you love it, that's an all year round thing and October thirty first is just for the Taurus.
