I'm your host, Colleen and Wow, We have a lot to be grateful for. Don't we 2020 husband tough, But if anything, I feel like it's helped me to focus on those things that I I am grateful for my family being around technology, making sure I have good health. Because if we don't have those things Life can be a struggle. And if you're finding that your life is a struggle that you're thinking, I don't know if I'm grateful for my health. Well, maybe there's some simple things that you can do to change them even before the end of the year. It's hard to believe what you could actually accomplish in just a few weeks. So let's listen in. We have some stories. Success stories is what we call them a balance of nature of people who have made a change. And let me tell you they are grateful for the change that they made. My name is Corey Jenkins. I'm 43 years old. Married to a wonderful wife and I have five boys and I Adam competitive men's physic bodybuilder. Normally, when you're training for a competition, you will have sore muscles. You'll have aches and pains, You'll be tired. Um, your immune system crashes because of the grueling workouts. I did not experience those things taking balance of nature. I remember not having sore muscles. I remember feeling good day in and day out six days a week. Your training so entering the competition, I knew I was older. This is a sport designed for usually 20 and 30 year olds. There was something Magical when they called my number twice, uh, in two categories where I had placed in the top two, So I think when our health isn't at an optimal level The sky's the limit on what people can achieve. When you have good health. It trickles into their other aspects of your life. Your emotional well being. You're spiritually well being, if you can improve your help. Um, you can pretty much control what you want to do and what you want to accomplish without without good health. It's it's tough to do..
