Can Iran weather the oil-sanctions storm?
Iran says the weekend OPEC meeting in Algiers proves there is little support for President Trump and US sanctions that cartel and its allies sidestep the president's demand for cheaper oil instead saying they would react to market needs. Sanctions are due on Iranian oil in November as the White House seeks to cut output and exports to zero Tehran says that won't happen. The United States is not capable of bringing our oil exports zero. This is an empty promise. That is empty of credibility perhaps on this. We will sustain certain pressures, but certainly the United States not reach its objective.
