DAN, Dan Billingsley, Dan We discussed on Purity Products

That is Dan Billingsley from heat Wave heating, cooling and plumbing and Dan We got a lot of great information that first segment a lot about the 58 point inspection. Will you guys come out and tune up Somebody's a C system and make sure that everything's working correctly and I think that's what a lot of people don't realize is Yeah, Maybe you're aces running. But if it's not running efficiently if it's not running correctly, it's really going to damage the longevity of that system, isn't it, Dan? Yeah, Actually, it will. Big time. Um so like we're talking about earlier with the 58.2, you know, there's a lot a lot of things that go into that. You know, our guys are trained to look at your system as a whole, you know, and most people don't realize that your system is Made up of three major components. You know, you got your outside, You know which everybody knows about. You got your air handler, which sometimes can be a closet up in the attic. You know where people it's out of sight out of mind. And then you have been afraid to go there, Dan, I'm afraid to go there. With that with attic like a lot of us. You know, we love that you guys would come do it, cause we're just afraid to get up there, right. So we get up there. You know our guys is, you know, as long as it's middle of day, and it's not like 140 degrees in your attic. Um, you know, we can reschedule if we need to like for the first of the morning or later in the evening when it cools down, But a big portion of the system is actually in your attic. And that's where you know. Your duck workers you know, around here? Most of all of our duck work is located in the attic. Um and actually the average home around here. Duck work loses about 20 or 30%. Off the air that moves through it through leaks and your ductwork in the attic thing, holes and Dan. I think a lot of us like me where I just kind of look at my doctor. Work is my dog waits there. It's just there, and I think it's doing its job and I don't realize the importance of it. But you were explaining to me. This is really an intricate part of the system, isn't it? This is much more important than I think people realise, isn't it? Yes, it is. Um you're you know you're duck work moves the air that you're paying to cool. You know you're paying the electric company. All this money for your air condition. Run. Cool that air the dockworkers, What circulates it around the house and to all your bedrooms and rooms. You know, and unfortunately, all the ductwork goes through the attic. So, basically, just think about your mom growing up. If you're listening in your car right in your mom, you leave the front door open and we're not paying to heat the outside. We're not paying to cool the out. Just think about that. You don't want to pay. To cool your addict and you are saying 10 20 to 30% you could lose of the air You're actually pushing through or should be pushing through to your home within your ductwork in the addict. Yeah, You know, there's a lot of a lot of times a lot of leaks and holes or like even duck where we've even found on inspections where duck was completely disconnected. Just dumping cold air and your attic, You know, cool in your attic. I mean, There's no point of Ah air condition your attic and that just waste so much money on your electric bill. So if we're unsure about our duck work for onshore about any single part of Our system when it comes to our air conditioning heating. I guess The best bet is just have you guys out there for that tune up because you just gave us a great a great deal for our listeners. And if you want to reiterate that again so that they understand how great that deal is, But for that little money to be able to find out exactly how our systems working. It's it's a no brainer, isn't it? Dan? Yeah, Honestly, it is, You know, I mean, are like I said earlier are 58 point tune up takes 90 to 120 minutes, on average to inspect your whole system. And you know, Right now we're doing it for you for just $39. That's an hour and 1/2 to 2 hours. If you're bad at math out there, that's a long time to have somebody in your home for under $40 So it really is a great value and again, if if somebody has been One of those people that Hey, I know my A C needs to get maintenance work every now and then. Or I know that maybe I should have my duck work. Look, Dad, I know that maybe my A C is not as efficient but I'm just I'm just kind of putting it off. Tell people what can go wrong. What could go wrong with your air conditioning your heating system. If you're not doing that maintenance if you just kind of like AA, we'll get it next time. And because next time Dan, you know this, it becomes a week a month and then all of a sudden it's been a couple of years until someone has been at your house. And how wrong can things go when that's the case? It can go extremely wrong, You know, I mean, your system is running almost year round here, and I mean, that's that's a ton of run hours a week we rated as Um, you know, a systems get pretty dirty. It's amazing how dirty they can get, like literally just six months and we typically recommend getting your system checked out every six months. You don't before the beginning of season and kind of after the summer's over. You don't get it tuned back up and ready for Ah, you know the next six months. And we talked about the fact that if you're docked work is in Prague. You know, if it's leaking, you could be losing air that you're paying to cool. Like you said. You're losing that India erratic, But it's not just that, is it, Dan, You're going to get some of the air some of that, and nobody likes to be up in the attic of that dust. Right? That's from the addict. It's going to go into the system and end up in your home as well, isn't it? Yes. So what happens is, you know your addict error is full of insulation, fiberglass or different cellulose, And there's this a ton of dust from the insulation. And what happens when you're when you have a break in your duck work, or it's sucking air in its suck in all that dust and Particles and insulation into your system. And then it blows it around your house on DH, then circulated back through your air hander and then clogs up. Make sure your hands are all dirty and then passes it back through your house. So you're you're like you're breathing. All that. Nasty stuff from the attic. And I mean, I wouldn't want to knowingly breathe the attic in my regular or the aromatic regularly. I mean, I'd rather I'd rather not. I'd rather not. Absolutely No, I'd rather not breathe the and I'd rather not cool the attic, dear. I think it works both ways. I don't want to don't want to waste my money, and I also don't want to breathe 30 air, So it's obvious how important this is. And again it's out of sight. Out of mind. We kind of don't think about it, but It really is a lot more important than people think, really quickly dance one more time for people who want to take advantage of the 58 point tune up for $39. What's the phone number? Um, okay, it's 813 710575771057578137105757 And again it's a 58 point tune up a 58 point tune up. For $39. That's absurd. And listen, You've probably had an A C company at your house at one point saying they were doing a toot up and they're in and they're out of there, like half an hour. They're talking about 90 minutes, two hours when they come out from heat wave, so they're not messing around. Not wasting your time. And then to make sure that you're not wasting your money, so make sure you give them a call. We'll have Maurin Formacion for you, Maura from our expert Dan Billingsley. Mohr Right here on the heatwave Air experts radio show on NewsRadio W F L A.
