Ukrainian president volodymyr zelensky acknowledges his military was forced to withdraw from the last city still under its control in the Luhansk region. CBS News correspondent Holly Williams reports from 600 miles west of there and the port city of Odessa. Just outside Odessa, Ukrainian military investigators sifted for evidence they called Saturday's attack on this residential neighborhood a possible Russian war crime. It shattered this apartment building and Ukrainian officials say it killed 21 civilians, including a child. Russia is now closer to capturing the entire Donbass region, but zelensky has vowed to regain control of the area. Police in Denmark believe a shooting in a shopping mall that killed three people and seriously wounded four others, was not terror related. They say the gunman acted alone and appears to have selected his victims at random. Copenhagen's chief police inspector says there is no indication anyone helped the gunman who was identified as a 22 year old Danish man, the chief says, well, the motive was unclear. There's nothing suggesting terrorism. The suspect is expected to be arraigned later today. Herschel woody Williams, the last remaining Medal of Honor recipient from World War II, will lie in honor at the U.S. capitol. West Virginia senator Joe Manchin announced the honor at a memorial yesterday where Williams was remembered for his courage, humility, and selflessness. Williams, who died Wednesday at the age of 98 was a legend in his native West Virginia for his heroics under fire over several crucial hours at the Battle of Iwo Jima. As a young marine Corporal Williams went ahead of his unit in February 1945 and eliminated a series of Japanese machine gun positions. A young designer was making a fashion statement with her new HBCU clothing line.
