FLU, Flu Vaccine, Kevin Campbell discussed on KC O'Dea Show
Right. Well, we got a lot of calls to get to in a lot of questions for our doctor who's here dressed in Halloween costume of some sort. Not Kevin Campbell in studio with us. Let's let's do calls. And then I have another story. I'll slip in in the next segment. We'll start with Stephen. How're you doing? Stephen today. Pretty good, sir. What's your question? Quick question for Dr Campbell in reference to the myth or the idea that the flu shot can increase your risk to develop Alzheimer's disease. I was wondering if you could comment on the very research that backs that up or down. With his thoughts on it. So that's a great question. Because there's a lot of negative myths out there about the flu vaccine, there is absolutely no correlation in any legitimate scientific journal or real study that that associates Alzheimer's disease with the flu shot. Can you dip the phone when 'cause I'm that Mike he's not going to get a duck? All right. So and and you know, we got to remember that the flu shot far the risk of the flu shot is minimal. You get the flu from the flu shot the risk of getting the flu shot is really. Maybe just a sore arm. Maybe low great fever, but you must get it, particularly if you have heart disease, asthma, if you're very younger, very old. It's incredibly important. I'm going to get my flu shot today. Dress like dress dress like Kirk. Okay. All right. Yeah. Absolutely. They give you Thorazine shy show up dressed like that. We never know. Now Ross show me some research that says you can get the black whale for a flu shot. Is that true? I don't even know what that is. Is that like? Based ghosts or something? Wow. Yeah. Yeah. Right. This room is turned on you. Clark go right ahead. Yes. Good morning Campbell. I'm a family physician. I'm noticing or reading that some of the data coming out of Europe shows that medical manage. Accordia.
