Police say it happened late yesterday afternoon and the Aspen Hill area 2018 Toyota crashed into an unoccupied vehicle on Park Vista Drive. The Toyota quickly caught on fire, trapping the driver and his passengers early arriving. Police used Fire extinguishers and firefighters ripped off the roof, but the two passengers died there. Identified a 78 year old Martha Louise Ross and 91 year old Joan Williams. Jenkins be 86 year old driver, Carl Neil Ross is expected to survive.
