Here are number eight seven seven three eight one three eight one one eight seven seven three eight one three eight one one presidents put together a fantastic legal team my opinion serving very very well I hear a lot of the legal arguments are going to be making an you've heard them here behind the microphone no I'm not providing informal advice behind the scenes I provide advice right here behind the microphone to anyone who will listen and from what I can see on these news reports they are in fact going to challenge these articles as unconstitutional the whole process the attack on the office of the presidency not very please professor Dershowitz will have a role and he says his role as defend the constitution and he's right I don't start the program on something you probably won't expect I want you to see what happens when a red state which emphasizes relative freedom over government he's taken over by the Democrats by one vote in the state Senate and five votes the general assembly I'm talking about the Commonwealth of Virginia not a lot of your other states big deal it's a big deal because you look at this and see the potential that exists nation why should a Democrat when the president's Virginia has sent relatively low taxes relatively low taxes on gasoline relatively few regulations really when it comes to the second amendment is been one of the better states and I'm gonna see what's happening the first week have democratic control all branches and the government this is from a radio station a new station in Washington DC by Max Smith WTOP thank changes for Virginia drivers can include fuel efficient car fees and speed cameras just listen to this whole thing sounds like the Bosnia new fees speed cameras and handheld cell phone ban has some of the measures on the horizon for Virginia driver's in a wide ranging transportation bill post by governor Ralph Northam and democratic leaders of the state's General Assembly the proposal also includes previously announced plans to end car inspections raising the gas tax four cents per year for the next three years and then indexing it to inflation thereafter Karen car registration freeze approximately in half so here's what they're gonna do still cut these fees and inspections and then they're going to put in place a permanent gasoline tax increase a permanent gasoline tax increase which is linked to the rate of inflation and here's the problem with something like this when the economy is out of control the monetary system is out of control in your money is worth less because that's what happens with inflation so it takes more money to buy fewer goods that's when they raise taxes gas tax hike state gas tax would rise to twenty point two cents per gallon starting July one of this year twenty four point two cents per gallon July one twenty twenty one twenty eight point two cents per gallon July one twenty twenty choose me twenty twenty three sounds like a little just think about how much gasoline per gallon you use every year after that will be indexed for inflation the state diesel tax what rice because they want to hammer these truckers twenty point two cents per gallon in twenty twenty twenty seven cents per gallon July one twenty twenty one then indexed for inflation moving forward since the gas tax they write is one of a genius key funding sources for road projects the north administration is proposing a fee on fuel efficient vehicles to insure users pay something closer to the mat that they used to when it comes to route so in other words fuel efficient vehicle that they've been pushing it to get your taxes are going up to fuel efficient vehicles we'll be those with a combined miles per gallon rating of twenty five miles per gallon or greater electric vehicles what kind of a vehicle fuel vehicles that run on something other than gas or diesel so the highway use the so there's a new highway use fee is intended to try and ensure more equitable contribution storage system says the government again without penalizing people that may have been finally sound decisions Roberts would pay eighty five percent of the difference when the gas tax paid by an average vehicle vehicle roads today which gets around twenty three point seven miles per gallon so for but the fees would be updated and we'll set the pay fifteen percent less but it's still going up it's still going up so in other words if the average car of paying a hundred dollars city state taxes a week these so called vehicle efficient cars don't pay eighty five dollars a week now why is the government's business well because the Democrats running it now that's why they say this is a fair system to listen to this fee per mile as an alternative to the fuel efficiency payment Virginia driver's could sign up for a pilot program the state DMV to pay a fee for every mile they drive Charlie been tested elsewhere in the country the intent of the joint a pilot will be for drivers of fuel efficient electric vehicles we drive less me tell you what this is an incentive for a foot in the door isn't it Mr business they want to get the system in place the monitoring set in place the enforcement in place the bureaucracy in place and that'll be the next step drivers would no longer be able to hold a cell phone while driving a lot of you folks in other states that's the case but it's never been in Virginia and police would be able to pull people over for failing to wear seat belts not the case today local governments could lower speed limits of business for residential areas to less than twenty five miles per hour the bill would also allow for more speed cameras speed cameras will be allowed on interstate and primary roads designated to safety cards Virginia state police could issue take kids to anyone going at least ten miles per hour over the speed limit unlike tickets issued doing traffic stops in those there the fines would not be doubled for take a driver's to get in the mall mail whatever that means and it goes on and on with you truckers you're gonna you're really gonna get whacked financial ships the proposed changes would raise a projected hundred ninety million dollars in the first year see Elly paid for equitable no their tax increases three hundred sixty six nine in the second year over half a billion in the third year six under one million in the fourth year sky's the limit what else new rail systems of course those are sops and then the gun areas all kinds of new gun laws they have in mind let's see if I can find that article quickly let's see I mean this is what happens eight P. Richmond Virginia some top Virginia Democrats are expressing reservations about plans to ban assault weapons they wanted to ban.
