Listen: Blackhawks, Anaheim Ducks, Brandon Saad discussed on Nocturnal Journal with Dave Hoekstra
"Murray and Chris Boden for Chicago, Blackhawks hockey. It's a happy group. That's leaving the building here tonight as the Blackhawks took the measure of the Anaheim ducks three two one here tonight coming into this game. Remember mentioning that? I thought this was going to be a goaltenders battle in a in a really was to a great extent until the third period. When the Blackhawks were able to get another one by John Gibson, and that really changed the game for the ducks day. We're in a posture where they had to really take chances and it ended up costing them with an empty net shorthanded goal by Brandon Saad good to see him back with Mojo in. It's good win for the Blackhawks. They played the ducks who as the team they were not at full measure. They're missing some key people. But you don't have to tell you throw you played in this league. You can't have any sympathy for an opponent when they're down like that. Oh, we'll give you goal because you're missing a couple of guys that just doesn't happen. Some major guys major pieces reponsible, but nobody feels sorry for anybody in in this league at happens. And for the Blackhawks they needed the two points. Couple subpar performances here at the United Center backed up by this one here. Good solid, sixty minutes in a great effort by everybody New York, Rangers come to town on Thursday that should be a lot of fun. They played tonight at home against the Florida Panthers. But they'll be in here on Thursday night. And before we in things you got a little business to attend to. Well, the. Player the game. Tonight. Gotta go with Brandon Saad.."
