5 people were shot overnight in Coney Island, New York, Paul de Castro has the story. Someone opened fire at a large group gathered at 21st street and the boardwalk at around 2 a.m., the suspect struck 5 people, including a man who was in critical condition at the hospital, the other four victims were taken to the hospital in stable condition, a 19 year old man and two women in their 20s were shot in the leg, a 36 year old man was struck in the chin, the shooter fled the scene, no arrests had been made.
