Listen: Dale Ledbetter, Phil, Murray discussed on NASCAR on NBC
"I've got those cars and I I mean to me it's just like walking on the stage to get a, you know, to get a chance to win a championship and being knowledged of winning one one year I had the same Phil. So you own over a hundred corvettes. Do you know exactly how many you have? It's a, it's a hundred and thirty some. Okay. Yeah. And do you know how many sixty? Seven corvettes you think it's forty thirty nine one for every. I just got one that you haven't seen the only sixty. Seven. The only corvette that's ever left the plant and primer was a sixty seven. That was was ordered special fa- Murray k. customer and they were gonna painted pink, but it's only one ever left in primer and I've got it well documented, and I got found it couple years ago and my wife gave it to me for my birthday July twelfth. And I walked out and I see this car and I'm supposed to be excited and I thought this things in prime. And then they told me too story. And I said, oh, yeah. Well, that's great. But they've been, they found Dale Ledbetter did and they've been restoring if a couple years. So real real rare car, what's special about nineteen sixty seven that model t. well, to me it's I think it's best. Look corvettes ever built this the stinger hood. That's the factory side pipes. This the four twenty seven motor, and it's just a beautiful car. I still think the styling on that car is just my personal favorite because you get those color combinations with the stinger hood is the same colors interior and exterior of different color. And so I've got every color they made and sixty seven I can imagine after walking through there certainly seemed like there was no end to the rainbow. So you're. Really confident then that you are the best corvette collector in the world. Is there anybody else who would have more than how I won't?."
