President Biden Wednesday signed an executive order that the White House says will create a standardized playbook for how the federal government response to cyber attacks. The order is aimed at improving cybersecurity information sharing mandating the companies that do business with Federal government share information about hacks. It creates an incident review board and the government rating system of the security of software products. The administration says this executive order is not a direct response to the colonial pipeline incident that it's been in the works for months is the U. S. Faces increasing cyber threats from China, Russia, Iran and North Korea.
