Listen: Lamar Jackson, Ravens And Chiefs discussed on CBS Sports Radio
"I really do think. This is a situation where you're going into Lambeau in December gonna be rough for a team that plays indoors Aaron Rodgers. I would expect him and the team to rally around him. He's the leader. This is on him this week. I'm looking for big numbers from Aaron Rodgers. All right. A couple other big time match ups ravens and the chiefs, and we talked a little bit about this. I do think that this ravens defense. Can slow down the chiefs on the other side, though, you know, if you're Lamar Jackson, I think Lamar Jackson is actually a decent play this week because they're gonna have to score. I know I know that they want to try and keep that scores lowest possible that's going to be advantageous to them winning the game. But hey, we're going to put up points. We know that they're going to find ways to score their electric and for the ravens they're going to need to let Lamar Jackson cut loose little bit. I need him to start throwing the football. And now, I know he's got his shoddy core of receivers. But I think this is the week where Lamar Jackson maybe flirts with two hundred passing yards, which really that's all they need from because he gave me another fifty or seventy five on the ground. You get another one hundred fifty rushing yards a team. And there you go. You're on your way. That's how they win this game. They gotta let Lamar Jackson put in the air a little bit. Yeah. I mean this team is three. No since he's taken over the starting quarterback position. He only had one hundred twenty pass yards last week, but two hundred total yards the seventy five on the ground. You're right. They're going to have to go to the air a little bit more, and they're gonna have to get him more comfortable with doing so, but we talked about this the receiving game for the ravens has got to change. If they want to help out Lamar Jackson my day just in the off season. They're gonna have to add some more pieces. I think they are capable of make it a little run, maybe even towards the postseason here. I'm not sure the defense will hold up well enough against the chiefs. But I do think that this is an interesting matchup that could result in a loss for the chiefs in a much closer game than even the six and a half point spread indicates. There you go and then another really exciting matchup colts at the Texans. I mean the Texans have won nine in a row. Their defense is on the ascension colts just got shut out against Jacksonville. Now, they roll in needing this game to stay in the playoff hunt in the AFC. Basically if the colts lose this game, they're odds of making the postseason as a wildcard dip precipitously, Adam Copeland. So they need this one in a major way they're going to be hard pressed to go on Energie stadium that Texans. Defense right now flexing its muscle. Hey texans. Have looked damn good into the Shawn Watson. It's comeback completely strong. Stay with Andrew lucked up. The same can be said about him having a much better season than I think anybody anticipated. Hey, an honorary Bali that we didn't even mention out of the Houston Texans. How about how you need Fairbairn? Don't let him get into kicking range five for five last week. Yeah. Twenty plus fantasy points as well. So should be a good game. I'm not sure we're looking at a shootout. But I do think both quarterbacks will put us. Good numbers. All right. And we'll talk about that on the other side as well. We'll get you some stardom or cinnamon lighter. Hop boys this week, as we know most folks already got your waiver claims tucked away, we're going to give you some matchups that we like some guys that you should play. Maybe some guys you should avoid. We'll do that in our final segment. Fantasy football focus. Ryan kobe. Adam Copeland right here on the sports."
