The democratic bill aims to codify abortion rights nationwide. It's in response to the Supreme Court's recent ruling, which overturned roe V wade, the landmark 1973 decision that led to the legalization of abortion in the U.S. that Bill is not expected to pass the Senate. The U.S. and Saudi Arabia are signing 18 partnership agreements during President Biden's trip to the Middle East.
