And we start off this morning with a man accused of decapitating his girlfriend do in a Skagit county courtroom today. Twenty-seven-year-old Vanessa cons was found dead inside the couple's mount Vernon home last month. Prosecutors say Timothy Hernandez killed her then took off with the three year old daughter when officers arrested Hernandez, they say he told them God had said to strike down his girlfriend. He's now facing a first degree murder charge. Longview school district's taking its teachers to court hoping to force them into the classroom. Komo's Carleen Johnson reports. A lawsuit was filed yesterday in California superior court, alleging the ongoing strikes are causing irreparable harm to the district and its students and interfering with the school district's obligation. Responsibility to teach students Longview Education Association. President Ray cliff says going on strike was not what they want it. But they believe now is the time to take a stand for what they deserve. So once in a lifetime thing, the legislatures putting this much money down into. Tom water school district also taking teachers to court to try and stop the strike.
