Listen: George Stephanopoulos, President And President Trump discussed on Dennis Prager
"Sure that we try to save the country from the orange menace. It's okay for us. It is okay for me, but not for the kind of thing, right? They've already done it. They've already done far worse, but they want the president now strung up essentially for this terrible terrible crime. Now, I'm gonna start this part of the pro broadcast by questioning the president's judgment. Wait, what? No. But bear with me. This is a billion. I have the president's back. I'm going to defend him and I'm gonna wish happy birthday by the way today. Happy birthday to the president of the United States. I don't know if I have song, but we should probably played at some point today. But I'm going to question the president's judgment in one regard at one regard, only I've talked about this a little bit already in Cleveland. If you're Cleveland listener bear with me. I apologize for the redundancy. If your brand new and you're just listening to the Dennis Prager show. Then this is all new free, but George Stephanopoulos, ABC news. Former Clinton acolyte Clinton associated Clinton campaign, calms, dark arts me Clinton administration comes director Clinton, campaign manager, everything that George stuff Stephanopoulos has been to the Clintons should indicate Mr President that. He's not your friend. Okay. George Stephanopoulos is not your friend, President Trump. Why are we granting George Stephanopoulos, then thirty hours of unknown fettered access to all things? President Trump in the west wing in the Oval Office on the rose garden on Air Force One, thirty hours of unfettered access, including exclusive interviews. Now I've seen the teasers, and the, you know, the promotions from ABC news for all of this for George Stephanopoulos and. It looks like they're gonna make gold out of this good for them. They got unfettered access to the president. But why would the president want to grit granted to them? I'm failing to understand the upside. Here is the president trying to make peace with the mainstream media, otherwise known as the fake news media. Maybe is this way of reaching out with an olive branch to perhaps get a little bit more favorable coverage between now and the election in twenty twenty maybe. But I'm going to question the judgment because I don't think he's going to get that. I don't think he's going to get that fair and equal treatment that he is searching for even if he did hold out an olive branch. How do we know because of what George Stephanopoulos into him? He interviewed him about op research in the before their broadcasts, even air leak that part of it as part of their promotional material this part of their their teasers. Donald Trump responding to a question about opposition research, I'm gonna let you hear the long version of it. Now it's not that long. It's only about two minutes. I've got that much time in this segment, I want you to listen to the part that is has the American left both political and media, and I kind of repeat myself there because they are one and the same. But the American left is shook over this. They're like to say woke instead of awakened I'm sure they would prefer prefer shook over shaken but left is seriously shook to their core over this question and answer. Please give this listen. Two thousand sixteen just months before the election gone junior received an Email from a business associate promising dirt on Hillary Clinton from the Russian government John juniors response. If it's what you say, I love it the conversation led to a meeting in Trump Tower that included the president's son, his son in law, Jared Kushner, and Russian lawyer, Don jR in fifth nothing came of it, and special counsel, Robert Muller concluded there was not enough evidence to charge, a conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia. And then the report comes out and they didn't even say they. The FBI when he got that he okay. Let's put yourself in a position year. Congressman somebody comes up and says, hey I have information on your opponent. You cool, the FBI. I don't think I from one you do. I've seen a lot of things over my life. I don't think in my whole life I've ever called the FBI in my whole life. I don't you don't call the FBI somebody out of your office. You do what you're got stolen briefing book. He called the FBI. Well, that's different this stolen breaching. But this is this is somebody that said we have information on your opponent. Oh, let me call the give me a break. Lifeless director says"
