Mayor Greg Fischer is reporting better news on the covert 19 front. Other news. We're not where we want to be. But cases are declining vaccines are increasing. Despite declining case counts for 1/5 week in a row, the city is still in the red Zone for the week of February, 14th. The average daily incidence rate was just under 40 per 100,000 people.
