San Diego Humane Society rescues 30 abandoned cats in Escondido
Left behind inside of North San Diego County Condo where the tenants have been evicted, are now being taken to a cat rescue. Bill Ganley from the San Diego Humane Society tells KNX. They were found last month after getting a call from the property manager unfortunately, brought out a veterinarian right out to the scene who helped triage. The animals identify which animals needed immediate care or more critical care. Apparently they were found in very unsanitary conditions. One cat had to be euthanized. The remaining 30 underwent more than three weeks of intensive medical care.
