New York state has its highest covert 19 positivity rate since May. Governor Cuomo announcing Sunday that 4.27% of the more than 157,000 test results reported Saturday came back positive. That's up from 3.9% the day before the last time the state's infection rate reached 4.2% was May 18th. There were 55 covert related deaths in the state Saturday, which is the most fatalities in a single day since June, Cuomo said.
