President elect Joe Biden has formally introduced the members of his national security and foreign policy teams as NPR's Windsor Johnston reports. The announcement. Biden's first round of Cabinet picks and appointments to key national security and foreign policy positions include the first female director of national intelligence and the first Latino secretary of homeland security.
