Cosby's sex assault conviction goes before high-level court


The Pennsylvania Supreme Court is considering whether actor Bill Cosby's twenty eighteen conviction on sexual assault should be overturned I marches are a letter with the latest at issue is whether Bill Cosby's other accusers should have been allowed to testify at his sexual molestation trial prosecutors said they wanted to show a signature crime pattern in having five other women testify that Cosby gave them drugs or alcohol before sexually assaulting them Cosby is serving three to ten years in prison for drugging and molesting Andrea Constand chief justice Thomas G. Saylor questioned whether giving drugs or alcohol to women amounted to a pattern when studies show as many as half of all sexual assaults involved drugs or alcohol it may be months before the court issues an opinion
