Hurricane Chris strengthens, stays well off U.S. Atlantic Coast


Jacobson tom terry hurricane chris getting stronger as it moves northeast through open atlantic water's at least it's not directly threatening anybody right now winds really increase rapidly tuesday evening and early wednesday morning now could be as high as a hundred ten miles an hour maybe event stronger before moving over some cooler waters pushing away it continues to bring waves along the mid atlantic coast but has less of an influence on our east coast from channel nine i'm chief meteorologist tom terry.
