You want to be respectful of other people's mental health. And as an employer, you wanna be respectable for other people's mental health. So if it was something along the lines of hay after what happened on Wednesday, I really took it hard. You know, I just need I need a few days to get my head together. Um, you know, I really appreciate it. You know, if I could get a few days to get my head together, I'll be back. You know, with the team on Sunday. That's you know, I need a few person I know in the realm of sports. We don't think of personal days that way. They only play 72 games and I get it. I do get even the reaction to that. But I would understand that I'd be much more understanding of that than, um, a passive aggressive way of doing it. Of just like, Oh, I'm I'm not showing up s O. It depends on what went on behind the scenes. But I think yes, you have to consider that depending on what the level of communication was and how it actually played out.
