It's Emma's one on on health business success so I'd like to write out the syllabus with you with getting some brief answers to this lightning round and it's four questions followed by a book in a podcast that you recommend to our listeners. Ready I'm ready awesome. What is the best way to improve outcomes for growing and team? I think the best way to improve outcomes for a growing team is by giving or team ownership of projects in half and then holding them accountable eligible plus you have to provide constant feedback along the way. What is the biggest mistake or pitfall to avoid? This is a good one. Not asking questions is to your key client or partner. That leads to making assumptions. You don't have a great understanding of their gold and their knees and just can lead to a whole mess. The thing so not asking a question I love it. How do you stay relevant as an organization Emma despite constant change we lesson to our readers? Peter and we adapt though we grow our business to reflect the industry and we must stay nimble beautiful. What's one area of Focus that drives all else in your health organization? So I think I may be a little bit biased. This is my every day by. I believe that it is outstanding client in customer service. Beautiful and Emma. What is your all time favorite book and PODCASTS? I'm loving which is the how I built this todd cast from NPR for anyone who has an entrepreneurial spirit this is such a great podcast and it's perfect perfect for your work commute. They interview really really great. Leader entrepreneurs like Marc Cuban. My favorites were the founders of AIRBNB. It'd be and Ben and Jerry from Ben and Jerry's Ice Prima forced to listen to their story how they built their brands and their widely successful companies. Unease is just fascinating interesting and above all else just inspirational very cool definitely have to check that one out. And what book would you recommend. I am reading super boxes and I've just started to get into it but I am just trying to soak in any book that I can get to help further develop leadership skills becker or so I'll have to keep you posted on this one saul but it turning out to be a great one awesome.
