"Taking a live look from Long Beach. Can't tell by looking it is cold out there tonight. And we see four has the most advanced live radar network. In town. You see that in the small screens. There are meteorologist Anthony on is tracking it all in your first alert forecast. Anthony, good evening. Colleen, let's start with the current temperatures and show you how cold it's going to be tomorrow morning and already to Mechlin it in the upper forties. Most of us this evening or in the mid fifties. From San Clemente fifty five fifty seven and four ten fifty six in van Nuys. We do have a couple of spots where we have a freeze warning until nine o'clock tomorrow morning. Parts of Ventura County. Including Santa Paul and also all of the inland empire. Where temperatures are going to range anywhere from thirty to thirty five degrees. And so you gotta bring those sensitive plants cover them, bring them in and also protect your pets. Because if you don't want to be outside in this. They don't want to be outside. Here's your hour by hour forecast. For corona fifty five right now at ten o'clock already lower forties. It is a cold night thirty six early tomorrow morning. So these are one of the spa this is one of the spots. It's going to be a near freezing by nine o'clock fifty. We're actually warmer tomorrow. We spent the last couple of days and the upper fifties to lower sixties, we get a little bit of a warm of nothing to tremendous. But we do get a little closer to seventy degrees. So there's a slight warm-up rain this weekend. And also once we get through this rain on this weekend for the first a reign of twenty nineteen. It looks like got more rain next week to I'll show you that in the seven day. But let me walk you through what's going to happen as we move through the weekend. First of all things were pretty clear a statewide. You've got a little snow out here in New Mexico. And you see the clouds that are off here to the west. So we're in between two systems and because of the proximity. These two systems is just dream is bringing in this cold Canadian air this morning, we had almost widespread thirties. And so it's because of this pattern. What changes is this logos out of here in this area of high pressure starts to build in them tremendously strong high, but it is going to warm up by a handful of degrees for tomorrow. And then Also Friday, and then our attention turns to this area of low pressure moves toward Friday. It looks like the earliest it gets here at least right now. And of course, we'll follow this for you the next several days is coming in Saturday afternoons, we've got the rain at this time got some good Sierra snow also. But it looks like the timing as far as the heaviest rain will be coming in Saturday night into early Sunday morning. See how widespread this isn't a lot more snow here in the Sierra. It looks like it's out of here by Sunday afternoon. And so we'll get back to clear skies. And then we'll be tracking another system off here to the west for this first system again good, heavy rain in northern California. Sierra snow and for us at least with this model run. It looks. Anywhere from a half inch to an inch of rain. That's what the yellow would represent or even a couple of spots getting a little more. I'll let you know if this changes, but I think this would be the max amount. And so we could get some really heavy rain as we move toward the Saturday night into Sunday morning right now, all the amounts or below burn scar flooding thresholds, but we'll keep you posted Forty-six tomorrow sunny skies in the mountains, high desert fifty four mid sixties from the coast all the way out to the inland empire for our high temperatures got the snow coming in Saturday and Sunday, and then again for Wednesday of next week at least that chance and even on Thursday. So for the inland empire was happening. Is you got cool temperatures next couple of days a drop in temperatures with the rain coming in in the afternoon and also the morning on Sunday before temperature's slowly start to warm up and nothing tremendously warm as you can see I don't have any spots except maybe a couple that get even to seventy degrees like the valleys on Tuesday of next week. But otherwise, it's a cool couple of days cold in the morning tomorrow. And then we're going to be tracking this rain coming in the afternoon Saturday into."
