Roku, Youtube, HBO discussed on Clark Howard
HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, whatever, and you got all these premium sports channels, all included, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, those are just pirates selling you a pirate box. So it's confusing because they're now are more and more streaming products that really are free. And I wanna hit you with some of them crackle, which is available on most streaming platforms like Roku. I don't know if it's on the Amazon fire stick or not Roku is really the dominant platform now and Pluto, which is a channel with free programming Roku has its own Roku channel where the stuff's all free. Voodoo is doing a free medium business model voodoo is now owned by WalMart and has a mixture of stuff that they rotate and that's for free. And then other stuff you typically paid a rent on voodoo and PBS kids. Now has a free streaming product that they make available on Roku TV's and Roku devices. So this is a real change. That has started to have influences in ways at NC coming YouTube has YouTube TV which is a streaming product where you get a lot of the traditional pay TV channels, but you pay for it. I think it's forty a month. Now, there are people that are grandfathered in the old thirty five dollar price. Then there's regular YouTube one of the most visited web addresses there is.
