I like that is hip as i didn't recognize you you. At first i was like you are able to transform your physique very fast. What what did you do during that time where you in in a fourteen day faster had you been going longer. You're so that was february. I started these stints of prolonged fasting back in the end of november when i got back from europe and so i had been doing i mean i journaled it all but just between then and when you saw me i had been doing various stints of three day and five day fasting so every week i would start on monday and i'd start fasting basically and i did this for several months and so sometimes i'd make two wednesday. Sometimes i make a friday and then i started next week over again and i just i just keep pushing what i'm saying yeah and so <hes> at that i point i had gone from about a two hundred and fifteen pounds when i saw you. I was probably about one seventy. That's like what you were <hes> what right after college one seventy i was. I hadn't been that since i was in ninth grade wow tenth grade like when i met my wife eighty-five because you've lost some weight after football yeah. That's that's intense being at this age again. Be the latest you've ever bid since since freshman. Year is the fortieth birthday how so i wanted to. I wanted a clean slate. Yeah that's awesome and now we're now. We're doing some strongman. What do you weigh now. I'm going to compete shut camp challenge in the under two hundred category so right now <hes> to afford this morning. Yeah that's awesome. That's right at the end of the month at <hes> tampa convention center yeah yup it's friday friday night aunts and all day so it's a one day event i i see okay so one day event for strength at the tampa bay <hes> sports expo or something like that right sports and fitness expert and that goes on for two days and this your first time competing in that and how many years or i i'm <hes> competing in anything since two thousand fourteen so five years yes five years wow awesome and what the do you have all the events does or do you have mystery events. No no mischievous okay. What are the events this year. <hes> two twenty five a big festival wraps <unk> for dead lift stones too much in sixty poundstone over yoke and farmers walk for distance to fifty. I love seeing people try that stuff for the first time. Get dizzy just lie down big huge. Jack guys is it. Just don't know what to do with those stones revoke their four hours. Just don't get that. It's not an upper body exercise. Wow yeah agenda curled up. It's awesome yeah. So can you do this fasting with like heavier type training and string stuff like you are able to maintain strength or is this more more thing you do more of an off season. It's actually perfect for for maintaining strength because you don't need much to get through a shrink workout if you're doing bodybuilding or high intensity roy unique <unk> shirt has so it's perfectly designed for volume high high-intensity.."
