The issue was with a tow hitch harness that can short circuit if it gets wet. There was anger and noisy debate locally in Arlington this week as lawmakers voted unanimously to do away with single-family only zoning and allow multi unit homes across the county. It's called missing middle housing because it falls into the middle of the scale between single-family houses and high rise apartment buildings. Arlington for a really long time has basically been organized around this idea that you concentrate density along the corridors where the metro goes. And then everything else stays relatively untouched. But certainly in areas that are filled with a single-family houses, you might see that start to change. It is important to note, however, that there's going to be an annual cap on the number of permits that they will give out for this new so called missing middle housing. So there's not going to be more than a 58 lots that potentially have this new sort of housing or some sort of converted housing built on them every year.
