So her edwards obviously has been on espn for about a decade now hasn't had any coaching jobs uh he had coached in college since the 1980's uh he he worked for three years as a defensive backs coach at san jose state so i think both of those are are really troubling uh you want someone with college experience because college coaching is very different from nfl coaching uh in recruiting you have to recruit the game itself is different there different rules in different things work and also football is just changed a lot in the last ten years football changes very quickly so the fact that he hasn't coached either in the last 10 years or really ever in college are both no you don't want to hire this person uh and basically it it seems like they are just hoping that her mad words uh because he's good on television we'll be good at recruiting people who were like five years old when he was an nfl coach get that face recognition i am i herranz will recognize him kids don't aren't watching espn sunday nfl count down i don't think putt like it's it's it's i think they're they're value there aren't that they're keeping on other coordinators they're like let's keep the same thing except let's get rid of todd graham who everyone thinks is kind of a dick and bring on her med words who's like famous for saying funny things on tv and has great catchphrases and i think he i just think you need more to run a program than catchphrases you know they will but it didn't work for butch jones you bring your coming right so i point this is exactly what i wanted to talk about from arizona state football standpoint i'm against this yes for all the reasons you said he does not have any reason experience he's never held a head coaching position at the college level of this significance there is no reason to think that he's gonna be able to come to this on devils football programme and start churning out 9 and 3.
