We are seeing some more congestion on certain corridors like eastbound. Anyway, eastbound Mercer street, not only are there. More drivers on downtown streets trying to get to the freeway, but on any given weeknight even after six o'clock it may take longer to reach. I five noticed that the those peaks have spread out.
